RETURN POLICY FOR FINE ART PRINTS, CANVAS PRINTS UNFRAMED AND FRAMED CANVAS PRINTS:
All sales are FINAL. All Fine Art Prints, Canvas Prints Unframed and Canvas Prints Framed are custom made to order and they are not refundable or exchangeable. All original art sales are FINAL.
DAMAGED ITEMS
If a piece was damaged during shipment, please email us within 2 days of receipt. We will request that, within five days of delivery, you send in pictures of the damaged package and print/prints so we can file a claim with the carrier. Once we receive the pictures of the damages we will file a claim with the shipper. If the package was shipped via the United States Postal Service you will be required to take the damaged package to the United States Postal Service.
Once we have received the damaged package and it has passed our inspection, we will reprint your order. Please be advised this process will take up to 14 - 21 days.
If you decide not to reorder the damaged Fine Art Print, Canvas Print Unframed or Canvas Print Framed, you will need to notify us immediately. You will be issued a merchandise credit for the original amount of the print. Your merchandise credit will be issued once we received the damaged package and it has passed our inspection. Please be advised this process will take up to 14 -21 days. The merchandise credit is good for one year from issue date.
